Palm Using the Fleksy Keyboard (1:42)
Palm uses the Fleksy keyboard to make it easier to enter text, numbers, symbols and emojis.
The keyboard will be displayed when you tap a text field.
The option for numbers and symbols is on the bottom left and emojis on the bottom right.
A quick way to add numbers or symbols is to long press the number icon and swipe to the number or symbol you want and release to return to the keyboard.
The keyboard also allows voice to text.
Tap the microphone icon on the bottom of the screen by the space bar to use it. When you're done tap the X to return to the keyboard.
The keyboard also makes use of finger swipes to perform a few functions.
Swipe right on the keyboard to enter a space.
Swipe right again to enter punctuation.
Swipe left on the keyboard to delete the last word you typed.
When you are typing, Fleksy will auto correct your typos to the closest spelling.
If auto correct does not suggest the right word, swipe up on the keyboard to undo the auto correction. Or you can also swipe down on the keyboard to cycle through other suggested words. Choose from a list of alternative words that could be used in your sentence.
If you have more questions about your keyboard, open the Fleksy app located in the app drawer for more settings or go through Fleksy's built in keyboard tutorial.
