If any app on your Note8 is freezing or running slower than usual, clearing the app cache will free up some memory and may solve the issue.

So, from the Home Screen, swipe up to reach Apps.

Then tap Settings.

Search for Apps at the top or, if you see it in your settings, tap Apps.

Then find and select the app that is running slowly.

Tap Storage.

And finally tap CLEAR CACHE.

Bonus tip: you can also clear the data from here if the issue isn't solved. Just know that will erase all the data you have saved on the application, so use it wisely.
