I really loved it when it worked, but 4 months after warranty it flickered and watch face went to a green screen nothing else, still have 22 months to pay on it but was told can't do anything throw it in a drawer till paid off then get a new one ..tried all the trouble shooting restart , power down, factor reset nothing works when you only have a geen screen

LTE never connects

For the duration I've owned the LTE Pixel Watch. I've never been able to use the functions(call, text,..) without being connected to my phone. I'd been better off with the WiFi version.

Short life span

It's got highs and lows

First off, my needs for this watch were simple - Receive notifications, vibration alarm (so not to wake my wife), and fitness tracking. Those things this watch does exceptionally well. A surprising plus, is the voice call quality is very very good. I've been skiing and mountain biking while taking a call and the other person said it sounded great. Deeper use of the watch is a pretty rough experience. The "look" to wake the watch function is very hit or miss and sometimes I have to tap the watch, push the crown or do a rain dance just for the screen to come on - I've even taken it off to put on the charger thinking it was dead only to realize it had plenty of battery. Responding to texts is near impossible as the keyboard is just too small. Best bet is to get the first letter right and hope predictive text can finish your thought. Then comes to my true disappointment - I got this watch in a package promo with the Earbuds Pro (the "good" ones), and the Pixel 7 phone. About 90 days after this deal, the earbuds case would not take a USB charge, only wireless. Now, my watch charger won't charge the watch - I've power tested the charger and it has died. I came to the Google products after being a decade long customer of Samsung and finally having to deal with their customer service when trying to purchase a new phone. So far, the buds and the watch have had problems and now I'm questioning if Google has strong enough products that I can rely on. $200 buds and $500ish watch that I honestly can't recommend.

Bad watch

After close to a year of owning this watch it stopped, stopped checking my heart rate and my sleep. Fitbit didn't know how to fix it, and Verizon doesn't know how to fix it. I've had to reset the watch to where at one point the last time the watch would not reset. I've had to reset this watch every time it updates. Every time this watch updates it will not do any of the functions that it is supposed to do. What happened but I am stuck with this watch until I can pay it off. I will not buy another Google Fitbit watch. I will never buy another Fitbit. Cuz every Fitbit that I have ever bought has filled me after the warranty wears out. Therefore, I was never excited about this watch. It was a gift from my husband. After my Fitbit watch broke. And I did not want it. I did not have faith in it. And now I have to keep resetting it which takes an amount of time that I cannot even fathom. Because it's been over and over and over and sometimes it will not connect to the phone. Oh because it updated. Will never buy another Fitbit product.

Like the size of the watch. Very limited watch faces available for it compared to Samsung and apple. Many complaints of the microphone going out after a year, and mine did the same. Not a prob if you don't use the phone feature. Pixel wont stand behind it when the mic goes out. Wont by again.

This watch is amazing. My husband and I have had them for going on 3 months. I can call, text, email, pay, etc. Without my phone. The band is easy to change out ( I do it daily), it records data accurately and it is very water resistant. I highly recommend this watch!
