Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I recently upgraded my phone from a Samsung Galaxy S10e (4 yrs old) to a Galaxy S24+. The new one was taking *incredibly* long to charge (2 to 3 times longer). Found out the new phone has three levels of charging. The fastest (charging at about 1% per minute) is the same speed as the old phone... but apparently requires a better/stronger charger AND a better cable than 'fast charging" required on the old phone.
I bought this Anker Nano II 45 W 7SB-C Wall charger because it was rated to work with the S24+, and i continued using my Magfast Lux cable, and the charging is working fine. The phone now says it's "super fast charging"... though again, that's still 1% per minutes... the same as "fast charging" was on the old phone.

We brought in the Anker Nano charger of which we were interested in getting a second one. We were given the Nano II and told it was the same size. We could not open the box to check the size until we had actually purchased it. When we purchased it we found out it was at least twice as expensive as the charger we wanted to purchase.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I’ve never owned a small charger like this that stated it was fast charging and it actually does charge fast, it even charges up my iPad Pro at iPhone speeds.
