If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
-Delete (forget/ignore) the pairing records for the headphones (both Liberty & Liberty L) on your device (phone/tablet/etc.) and turn off the Bluetooth.
-Reset the earbuds using the following steps:
1). Place the earbuds back into the charging case and keep the case open.
2).Tap and hold the button at the back of the case for 10 seconds until both earbuds' LED lights flash red 3 times.
-After the reset you will see the white light flashes quickly on the one earbud and the light flashes slowly on the other side, which means they pair together.
-Turn on the Bluetooth on your device again, search for the Liberty (not Liberty L) and pair the device to see if that worked.
-Please try with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue is the same.

Note: When there is a pop-up window for you to confirm pairing. Select "pair". If you select "cancel" accidentally, you need to delete the earbuds from the device's Bluetooth history and re-pair the earbuds.

Good but need help

I love them but will probably have to take them back. They never seat probably in my ears. If they do the sound of muffled so I have to adjust them constantly. This is just with me my wife has no issues and the battery life is amazing. My daughter also has a pair and with the case also being an battery charger when they are stored off the charger she used them constantly for 5 days before the case has to recharged. I am going to play with the ear pieces but so far I've had no luck whereas my wife and daughter love them.

Wont stay in my ears no matter which size rubber piece I tried. Trying to return them, restocking fee is $50 for wireless products so it would cost me more to return them!\ than I bought them for

- Please first look at the L/R logo on the back of the earbuds to ensure that the right and left ears are properly worn.
- Choose the ear tips that fit the ear canal best to replace.
- Turn the earbuds and find the most comfortable position.

I don't like the in-ear headphones. I hear every step I take when wearing them. Also it is very uncomfortable to try to eat while wearing them. The chewing noise overwhelms whatever I am listening to.

Purchased to use with a tablet to watch movies when I exercised on indoor bike. Was easy to pair with the tablet (Samsung) and adjust the volume to me hearing. Using to replace over the ear headset ear phones and glad I did.
