Oversensitive remote

I have 2 of these, bought to replace Rokus. They are not ready to market imo. To begin with, Apple tries to steer you towards Apple Aps and there's always a remanantof that software. The on/off button on the remote doesn't always turn the TV and HDMI connected receiver on and off at the same time.But most annoying is the pause/fast forward/resume function on the remote. The circular enter button is so sensitive that it's impossible to stop the fast forward video when you want. This is a definite glitch in the hardware/software.

If you can get over the price it’s worth it, this device is by far better than the Fire devices and Roku’s, from the complex things Siri can complete with the remote, ease of charging, build quality and cohesiveness with my other Apple devices…The Apple TV 4K is a no brainer imo.

I purchased this AppleTv so I could do my Fitness+ workouts and it was the best decision! I have been working out more and have completely gotten rid of my firestick. It was easy to set up and is super easy to use. The only reason for the 4 stars is the remote. The circle dial is very touchy and sometimes clicks things that I don't want it to click. There could be a sensitivity setting but I haven't researched it. Other than that, amazing product!

I loved it for a few days and it has been off for about a week I keep trying to see what is wrong just struggling because I do not have time to mess with tv programing in my busy schedule. Wish it came with help that was not 1000 questions and someone who could see my account and lnow what I have!
