Can u use ur mobil data or hotspot for the wifi
Arlo doesn't recommend using an LTE hotspot or satellite internet service to connect Arlo devices, and they can't guarantee that these configurations will work. However, Arlo Go 2 Cameras are designed to work directly with LTE and are recommended for use in situations where LTE is necessary -Joe

Can you view live streaming?
Yes, you can view your camera's live stream through the Arlo Secure app.
You may enable or disable 2K or 4K live streaming on your Arlo cameras. Enable 2K or 4K for better resolution. If you have a poor signal, disable 2K or 4K for better performance. You can connect your Arlo Essential wire-free camera to a VMB5000, VMB4540, VMB4500, or VMB4000 SmartHub or base station.

Hello I would like to know if this is wireless or do I need a doorbell connection? I know some cameras you have to have a doorbell connection.
The Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera is a wireless camera, however, does not work as a doorbell. Please refer to the Arlo Wire-Free Doorbell for additional details.

How long does it take to get a full charge when you first get it.
Battery charging may take a few hours or more, depending on the charger's quality and the battery's size. Charge the battery until complete. Look for the solid blue light to indicate full charge, or verify in the Arlo Secure App. Note: The battery in the Arlo Essential Camera, Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera, and Arlo Essential XL Spotlight Camera cannot be removed. The USB charging cable that came in the box with your camera is for indoor use only. You must dismount your camera and bring it indoors to charge it with the included charging cable. Connect the charging cable to a 5V, 2A power adapter to properly set the camera.
The Arlo Essential Spotlight Camera and Arlo Essential Camera both come with an integrated battery that lasts six months without charging. This is based on usage of 4000 seconds per month, 30 seconds per stream, and day/night event splits of 2:1. -Joe

How far can the camera be placed and still connect to the wifi router? I want one by my gate to connect 300 ft to the house location of wifi router. will it reach that distance.
Place your Arlo cameras no more than a maximum of 300 feet (90 meters) from the SmartHub, Base Station, or Wi-Fi router. The maximum line-of-sight range of 300 feet is reduced by each wall, ceiling, or other major obstruction between the camera and SmartHub/Base Station/Wi-Fi router.
