Honestly it’s an ok charger after you turn it on the only way to know if it is working is to look at whatever device is charging. Otherwise you’d have no way of knowing. And it charges my phone pretty quickly.

I purchased this a couple of weeks ago prior to a vacation. It charged my phone fully at a decent speed but was only good for one solid phone charge before I had to plug the charger up. I was hoping that it would be able to charge up more than one device. It's an okay charger.

What sets this portable charger apart is that it is super light- it’s not going to be weighing you down like another phone, but it is large. I didn’t receive a lightning cable with mine, so I’m not sure if that’s an error if I misread it but I have to use my own cable to charge the device and charge my device from it.

Received this charging pack in hopes of a good charging pack and I am disappointed. It is slightly larger than I planned but it is light weight. Biggest issue is that my package did not come with any charging cable. I don’t have one that would work with it rendering this charging pack unusable and worthless to me. The store I picked it up at is closed for the time being so now I don’t know what to do with it. For this price I should not have to go out and buy a cord that costs as much a s the charge itself. If the cord were in the box I hope I would have a better review.

For the wireless charge pads, does the phone have to NOT be in a protective case? I cant take me case off, or can it be placed on the pad (screen down) to charge?
