I like the extra security of the braided wire. The strap and magnet come in handy also. I can keep the wire attached wherever I want it.

I was also able to use it for my tablet which was nice! I really liked that the magnetic attachment came with it, since my cables used to frequently fall behind my desk. Now all I have to do is put the cord magnet on the button magnet, and I don’t have to dig around for it!

But I haven't really found a use for the magnetic attachment on the strap. I guess it's to hang them on a wall or something but I don't really have a use for that. The cable seems pretty durable and is nice and flexible.

And they're decently priced. We have a number of cables and prefer the ease of use this provides. Nice feature to add the strap and magnet to keep your cable in place, also.
