As soon as I opened it and plugged things in nothing worked thought well maybe I messed up moved it to a different outlet tried to plug in a phone charger (lights went out) nothing happened unplugged the charger and lights turned back on sad day

My only fault is the design holding the suction cup in place. It broke after only a couple of months use. While it was whole, it worked fine. I especially like the extending arm to allow me to reach the phone without having to disconnect the phone. They have promised me a replacement piece.
