I purchased this earbuds. I tried to get a replacement, but no one is not responding to my emails or my requests. I love these earbuds. My left side all of a sudden stopped working.

My husband hates them - says they're terrible and will not stay in his ear/s for even a one minute call! Very disappointed…

Decent headphones at a moderate price point. I am thankful for the varying ear bud size, because mine are on the smallest size (would almost be nice to have one additional smaller size too). I wanted them to fit snuggly and not fall out. Good sound quality. Overall, we are happy with them.

I bought them to use at work. They work well, but are still pretty big for my ears, even with the smallest buds. I can only use them if I'm sitting so they don't fall out

Been using these for about a week now. I have trouble hearing, so using these in both ears while on the phone is great for me. I use the smallest sized in-ear cups so that they don't seal out sound quite as much and I can hear myself talk. With the larger cups, it cuts background noise out so much that it makes attenuating the volume of my speech difficult. With the smaller size, I don't have that issue. The sound quality is really good and from the feedback I've received on the quality of the microphone, I have to believe that it's good as well. They are easy to use, easy to setup, and easy to charge. I like the lighted indicators on the case giving a real-time charge level. While comfortable, they tend to make my ears hurt after awhile. The only other issue that I don't like is that they shutoff automatically if there is no audio running through them. So they're not good for sitting at your desk with them in your ears waiting for a call. As far as styling goes, they're as ugly as the rest. But I rarely wear them outside of the office, so I don't really care how they look. I just need them to work -- and they do.

If you want quality sound with phenomenal clarity then I strongly suggest these wireless hands free earbuds. They were easy to set up and sync with my phone and properly fit my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Tune 215TWS are a good pair of headphones but don't really stand out in any area. I really wish JBL would focus on making just 2-3 variants of really fantastic in-ear/true wireless earbuds rather than flooding the market with the 20+ that they have now. I'm not quite sure where the Tune 215TWS are supposed to excel, but even without excelling anywhere, they're good enough to be a go-to pair for work / casual listening. The Positives: Between the headphones and the case, the battery life is great. I've used these pretty regularly at work over the past month and have only had to charge about once a week/every other week. They're also quick to connect to my phone when I pull them out of the case, and I rarely have dropped connection issues. Audio quality is solid for the price point and I haven't gotten any complaints about mic issues when taking calls. The Negatives: The packaging had too much unnecessary plastic which we should all start fighting back against. The charging case is relatively compact and light, but the hinge for the top part feels flimsy and moves around slightly whether open or closed. You have to hold the buds to push the buttons on them without shoving the buds painfully into your ears. The buttons also do different things on the left and right buds which took some getting used to. The smallest silicone tips are the only ones that don't pop out of my ears every two minutes.
