We're sorry to hear about what happened. Here are some troubleshooting steps for us to check your JBL 750BTNC: 1. Try using a different music player and if you're using an equalizer, turn it off. 2. Use a different source ex. (phone, tablet) for us to check if you'll experience the same problem using a different device. If steps 1-2 didn't work, you can also reset the headphones: Long Press of volume + and volume - at the same time while the unit is on. Make sure that Bluetooth is NOT on and connected to any device.
