Good sound quality for the price, BUT...

I've owned these for about 2 weeks, I use them a lot and they fit in my ears well, however, all of the sudden the right earbud just stopped working. No lights or sound, like it's dead but it was in the charger overnight. And yes, the charger had a good charge on it.

I bought these March 9th and the case stopped working all together on May 7th. I've cleared the inside of the case and checked the charging pins and everything looks fine. The light on the case won't turn on either. I recommend you save your money and buy more quality earbuds. Theses are okay quality. They tend to slide out of your ear and the volume doesn't get very loud. They get the job done but I honestly recommend you pass on these.

Thanks for sending us feedback on our JBL Vibe 200TWS. Please check if there's physical damage on the case, sand or dirt can get into the product's charging port. Try to clean if needed using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing. Then, try to use other Type- C cables and other electrical outlets. Lastly, try charging the case overnight. Please note that this product comes with a 1-year warranty. It would be best if we can work with you directly to get more information and troubleshoot your earbud's case. Please contact our customer support.

Well I purchased mine for a sale price I'll say around $35, and for the price they are great My complaints are they don't play very clear at High volumes. But than again they sound great for what I paid . Very comparable to my old beats . Oh ya you can't control the volume with them so that kinda bites

These ear buds don't fit well and won't stay in my ears snugly and you cannot change out the actual ear buds from the stock JBL ones that come with them (have way nicer more comfortable silicone buds that actually fit my ears) because the headphones won't go back in the charging case due to the design of the actual headphone itself such a bummer. Not to mention how goofy they look when in, the stem is thick and short and just looks silly. Volume wise they are subpar in comparison to the JBL Tune 125 which are my go-to daily earbuds. I can't even take a call with the Vibe 200TWS as I can hardly hear the person on the other end. JBL makes great quality audio products but they dropped the ball on this model, spend the extra 10-20 dollars and get something better.

Well I bought them because my friend has a pair and they sound great but I just tried them multiple times on my phone and both my daughters phones and I just will not come up Bluetooth wise on any device what do I do

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our JBL Vibe 200TWS did not meet your expectations. Make sure that it's on pairing mode and not previously paired to other devices. You can also try to reset your earbuds. Please double-tap the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. TWS must be connected to perform the reset, so neither of the earbuds should be off or in the charging case. It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. If you need more help, please reach out to our Customer Support team.

I have 2 jbl flip speakers and they're amazing so I didn't expect any less from the headphones and they did not disappoint at all!

Our JBL Vibe 200TWS is designed to use with smartphones, tablets, and PC. It may not work properly with the FireStick. You can adjust the volume from the source device.

Great look, comfortable and the sound is as usual a JBL signature, unfortunately he battery life on the ear pieces is too short (About an hour) then you have to put it back to the case.

If I haven't had a call or text After 30 mins the buds disconnect from my phone and turn off. Is this a battery saver feature? If so, how do I turn this off?

Gracias por comunicarte. Our JBL Vibe 200 TWS has an auto-shut-off feature that disconnects the device after 10-15 minutes when not in use. This is mainly to save battery power and cannot be disabled. You will need to keep on playing music on your source device if you don't want it to shut off.

How do you turn these on without sticking them back in their case?

Gracias por contactarnos. Our JBL Vibe 200TWS powers on when either one or both earbuds are taken out of the charging case. Putting the earbuds back inside the case and closing the lid turns the unit off.

Are these buds waterproof?

Our JBL Vibe 200TWS is not waterproof nor sweatproof. We could recommend our JBL Endurance Dive instead that has an IPX7 rating waterproof. Do they stay on good. Can I run without worrying they will slip out. Please an honest answer that way I can either buy this 1 or a different pair of jbl ear buds
