The instructions were not clear as to which surface was which so I touched the "wrong" surface with my hands and it wouldn't stick. Had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste!

The product was fine but asking for help with the new phone I bought was less than helpful. I'm not a tech person so I needed help and ask but got little to none.

We bought our cases when we upgraded to iPhone 13s. It has a thin profile and a secure fit. Very durable construction but I’m not sure how well the rubber edge will hold up. It tends to stretch when removing the phone from my pocket.
