Charging is inconsistent. Once placed on the pad it starts to charge then blinks and stops charging. After a few movements and placement of the phone it starts to work.

I like the charger. It is very useful without having to sit there and plug and unplug from it. All I have to do is set it on the pad and it starts charging

I recently bought this wireless charger when I upgraded my phone to the Samsung S22. This is the charger that the representative at the store pulled for me to use with the phone, however the phone charges sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. You can place the phone on the charger and it'll show charging and then nobody touching it or it not being moved and all of a sudden it's not charging. it's very frustrating and when I called to ask about The charger the store just told me that that was the correct charger for my phone that I must not have my cord plugged in correctly.

I bought 3 of these chargers. Love them. One wasn't working consistently. It was so simple to return it and get a new one. All companies should be so easy to work with!

better without the case do not use, but that is a pain. If I did not toss the box I would return it

It does not charge fully, I exchanged it the first time thinking that maybe it's a defective stand, but nope the second one did the same thing.....Don't waste your money

Per zagg, the phone "may not work" with the new iPhone 13 pro despite it using Qi charging (after several trouble shooting emails). Allow me to tell you, it does not despite my phone charging on older mophie charging pads without an issue.
