I purchased this for my Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max phone with an Otterbox Defender case, it did not hold, but I upgraded my case to the Otterbox Defender XT Pro case and it is amazing! Super strong hold and keeps the phone in place and charges fast! Thank you Otterbox for replying to my original review to give me that information! Really appreciate it

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This charger looks very nice and is high quality, however, I have an Apple iPhone 15 Pro Max with an Otterbox Defender case and the magnet is not strong enough to hold it up. To make it work I charge my Apple air pod’s where the phone is supposed to go and my phone lays flat where the air pods are supposed to charge. The Apple Watch charger works great

Hello, Sam! We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience. The Defender and Defender Pro Series case are compatible with wireless charging, but do not contain magnets in the case. Therefore, they will not adhere or "snap" to MagSafe charging stands and accessories. Should one be looking for a case with the rugged protection of the Defender, but also with MagSafe (magnets in the case) the Defender XT is an excellent option to consider!
