Case is garbage and slippery Verizon rep talked me into it. Wouldn’t recommend this then it is over priced on Verizon said there was a discount no discount in the case.

I bought this phone 2 weeks ago. Returned first one after a week and got another one 1 week ago. When I’m talking to people it cuts out and they can’t understand me. Very unsatisfactory!!! The cover shield is good though. My following answers are about the phone because I didn’t get a survey on it.

Easy(ish) install / broke after a week

Purchased 3x of these glass for iphone 13. Two of the Otterbox screen protectors came with defects (-1 star) and were replaced.... but only after I paid for shipping again. (-1 star)
After the swap, two of the three screen protectors have already cracked within a month. (-1 star) Understanding that is what they are engineered to do, crack so your phone screen doesn't, and that the iPhone screens are fine. This is reason for (+ 1 star)
The screens are already showing wear where they are used a lot (in the middle of the screens) after just under a month.
TLDR: I purchased 3 . . . Have already had to replace 4 (at additional cost) . . . it has been less than a month.
I trust Otterbox for the phone case protection, and quality this bad is really hurting their brand. Make it cheap and disposable, but reliable. Keep it expensive and indestructible.
Right now it is expensive / disposable / unreliable.
Very disappointing, especially at given the price point.

Can’t get the bubbles out

I followed the directions to a T on how to put on the screen. I used the squeegee to flatten it down but the corner is still bubbling and will not go away
