I bought this and it doesn't really work well with my phone. I tried to return it and was told I would have a $50.00 return fee. I would not have ordered it knowing that. Have never had a problem with Verizon before.

This is the first charging pad I have owned. I expected I could place my phone on it without have to find just the right spot on the phone. It is easier to plug my phone in to charge it than it is to move the phone around trying to find the right spot on the phone so it will charge overnight. A few times it was not placed on the spot and I was not aware of that. Got up the next morning a found my phone needing a charge.

Love this!!!! Finally, a cord long enough to use while talking on the phone and the charger sticks (magnetically) to the back of the Otter case perfectly. Works great on the new iPhone 13.

Mag strip charging pad does it purpose. Works great with otter box case too.

Magnet is not real strong, it overheats and slow charges
