It fell out of my hands on vacation in Florida it fell 4 floors on concrete and bounced I watching horror as my iPhone 13 pro max fell onto its death I walked back down knowing it was a mess only screen protector was cracked rest of Phone Amazing Wouldn’t have another Now I need new one to replace my one that fell grrrrrr

I upgraded from 8s plus to 13 pro-max and I absolutely love it!!! Best part was the simplicity of the automatic transfer of everything from the old to the new without having to go into a store. I couldn't have picked a better phone.

Not a great case. I was trying to buy another OtterBox Defender and this Pro XT version is not an upgrade. It doesn't fit the phone well, the buttons are hard to operate with the case on. Just not a great case. I would return it but I no longer have the packaging. The raised edges should help to protect both the screen and the back cameras but it did not work well on my iPhone 13 ProMax.

Truth be told, when I initially saw the price for this Otterbox, I was tempted to buy something much cheaper. I've had Otterbox cases in the past and they've never let me down. I decided since my iPhone 13 Pro was mere minutes old, I decided I best protect it as best as I could so went with this case. Last week while on a cross country rod trip with my son, I pulled over after a toll station and put my iPhone on top of the roof of the car as I made sure the roof rack and hold-down straps were all tight and snug for the next part of our multi-day road trip. Everything was nice and snug, so back into the driver's seat I went and started driving on the highway. Shortly after an hour of driving, I glanced in my driver's side mirror and saw "something" black twirling in the air from off the roof. I told my son something just flew off the roof but it couldn't;t be our stuff as it would be impossible seeing everything was tied down securely as well as velcroed and zippered shut. I continued driving for a few more seconds then it dawned on me! OMG! MY PHONE!!! I left my phone on the roof of his car after the toll booth. I had driven 108 kilometres with the iPhone on the roof of the car until I glanced into the side mirror and saw it fly off. I pulled over and started the long walk down the highway wondering what shape the phone would be in considering I was driving 110 kilometres an hour when it flew off the roof of the car. After a good one kilometre walk, I spotted it on the side of the median of the highway. I picked it up and it was completely intact. Not only was it intact, it was still operational. Aside from a few scrapes and bruises, the phone was protected entirely! I took it out of the case later on when we stopped for the night and the phone still looks like it did when I bought it days prior. This Otterbox absolutely protected my phone. Do I recommend Otterbox cases? Better believe I do! The price? Pfft, peanuts really when you realize just how protected your phone really is while in an Otterbox.
