I purchased this for my iPhone 12 Pro Max and I loved it at first made the phone look amazing but after a couple of weeks the case turns a nasty yellowish/brown color. I’ve also dealt with the rubber coming apart from the sides and now the power button is coming apart from the case as well. This is my second otter box for my 12 pro max and I am not happy to keep having the same issues over again.

A few months back I got a new phone and I got this case. 1-2 months later it turned yellow all over the sides and I was disappointed because I love otter-box and there cases. It also has scratches all over the back of it.

I got it a couple months back and it got super scratched up, I don’t drop my phone much less put it through anything crazy for it to scratch up as much as this case did and it also turned yellow which is also disappointing.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.
I love everything about this case EXCEPT from the moment I put it on, the bottom volume button has absolutely zero click to it. When pushing it, you can't even tell whether or not you're turning the volume down. It does not have the same clickyness at all compared to the power button or even the volume up button. Super disappointed in this and don't know if I got a faulty case or what. None of my other cases do this, and I've even taken this one off and put it back on a few times to see if it was in the wrong position somehow. Nothing I do fixes this.
Other than that, I do love this case. Just wish that button would work the way it's supposed to.

Bought this case for my 12 pro max & it say’s won't turn yellow but mine turned brown within weeks. Also bought a brand new one for my girlfriend & the case won't fit her 12 pro max & wont fit me either but my brown otterbox fit’s the phone’s just fine.

Loved the looked of the glitter against my Gold phone. However after some months of it being on my case it appears to be a dingy not clear anymore along the sides. I love the Symmetry case because of its slim look, but not happy with this particular clear case.

It needs to be a bit larger as you cannot fit it over the sides of the phone. Essentially, it was a waste of money for me as I can’t use it.

Hi there!We're sorry to hear about your frustration with your Symmetry Series case! The good news is, we have a helpful tip for easier installation of that OtterBox. We recommend installing the case on the right corner first. Once your camera and power buttons are in the case, move clockwise, and insert the bottom right corner of the phone into the corresponding corner of the case, so that the right side of the phone is installed in your OtterBox. After, apply pressure to the bottom left corner then the top left corner. To remove the case, simply do these steps in reverse! Wireless Charging Issues

Will work on my home wireless charging pad, but not in my car. It blocks the wireless charging in the car.

Unfortunately, we aren't able to test for or guarantee compatibility with all of the various chargers available these days, and results can definitely vary depending on what's being used.
