Here at Samsung we have ceased providing the charging adapter with phone purchases in an effort to reduce the amount of electronic waste and be more environmentally friendly. You can use any previous charging adapter from a previous purchase with your new device. This way you only need purchase a new adapter if you do not currently own any.
