You'll get the best experience when using the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone or tablet because you'll have full control over your music. Some features won't appear in the app unless you've already connected the earbuds at least once. iPhone 7 or later with iOS 10 or higher using the Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live with the Samsung Galaxy Buds app support: Streaming music, Making calls, Ambient sound, Touchpad controls, Battery status, Equalizer sound controls, Find My Earbuds, Restarting or resetting your earbuds, and Checking for software updates. The feature that you are inquiring about, HD Voice, is one that a mobile device would have the capability of enabling. When pairing your Bluetooth enabled devices, your Samsung phone and your Buds Live, you would then be able to enable the HD Voice feature of your device, if applicable and hear that same quality via your Buds Live. Chelle, you can absolutely wear just one bud at a time. You can even go into the wearables app to adjust which touch controls you can use on which ear bud depending on which one you would like to wear at that time. Great question! If you have you lost, misplaced, or even use just one of your Samsung earbuds, you can still enjoy your music with one earbud. Just use your single earbud with the phone that both earbuds were previously paired to. You'll also be able to adjust the volume as well from the touchpad option (Settings) from your mobile device. -Robert C.

Hi, Laura. Once connected to your phone, when you play music, videos, or other audio files, the sound will come through your earbuds. You can use the touch area on the earbuds to control how the audio is played. Thank you for asking this question. ^Kayla

Galaxy Buds Live are an earphone device that allows you to connect via Bluetooth to enable the playback from the storage of a phone/tablet, etc. It does not have its own physical storage.
