Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation.
With two modes, you can keep your focus where you need it. Active Noise Cancellation filters out ambient noise so you can enjoy your playlist without interruption, while the 4 levels of Ambient mode you can filter in background noise while still enjoying your music.¹

Voice detection.
Answer calls with just your voice. Voice detection easily answers your calls by switching out of Active Noise Cancellation when a call comes in.²

Premium sound quality.

these ear buds cause an ear infection every time i wear them. i have tried new ear tips. i've tried cleaning them thoroughly with rubbing alcohol. i had to go to urgent care a few weeks ago to get drops to clear up the infection i got that time. i had to completely stop wearing them. a complete waste of money.

best sound quality i've ever experienced from ear buds. much better than apple airpods pro. noise cancellation is on par with them.

FALL OUT WARNING!

i attempted to upgrade from my 1st set of buds to the pro. i loved my 1st pair, but they died. so, i thought i'd try the 'top of the line' pro buds. even after trying all the 'sleeves' that the pro's came with, they will not stay in my ears! it seems as though the prong leading into the ear canal is way shorter than the other models. so, no matter which 'sleeves' you choose, they are too shallow to go into my ear. listening to a book on my couch and they fall out. eating food with them in and they fall out. walking to take out the trash and they fall out. turning your head too fast and they fall out! it's quite ridiculous! returning asap

Ear infection

after 30mins of having these earphones in my ear they started to get itchy and liquid stared coming out of both ears. i stopped using any ear phones for a week till they recovered. i then cleaned and sanitized the earphones. i tried the ear phones agian and same thing happened. i let my ears recover and started using my original buds with no problems. today i decided to try the pros again and same thing happen itchy ears and liquid coming out. last time using this earphones unfortunately. be careful if you have sensitive skin. i never had this problem with any other earphones not sure what could be causing this.

I Purchased these to go along with my s21 ultra theme and yes they look good but the sound is horrible and when I put at full volume I hear a thump sound that isn't in the song. There must be a technical problem with them and I feel I wasted my money which I hate.

thry are super uncomfortable to the point where i just want to pull them out. the budge on the inside of the earbud is horribly placed. the upside to them is they do hold a long charge & charge quickly. they just fit so uncomfortably in my ears.

over the past couple years i've been a raving galaxy buds fan. i've had the original buds and the buds+. when i decided to upgrade again recently, i went with the buds pro. the very first day i immediately had my doubts, as they would not stay in my ears no matter how hard i tried. i even went so far as to watch their how to videos they recommend (though i'm far from a newbie to earbuds). on the rare occasion i would get them to stay in, they hurt, and would still fall out if i smiled, opened my mouth, or simply just moved the wrong way. i've had them a month now, as i was really trying not to waste my money, but i just can't stand it anymore. i have little scabs in my ear now. i just want to get rid of these pros and go back to the buds+. i wish they hadn't redesigned the entire thing.

Got in April 2021 8 months ago Only problem I have had is that the case will not charg anymore. Sucks after spending all this munny now can't injoy them anymore.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

i have been daily driving these earbuds for about 3 years, they have been dropped numerous times,they still will hold 12 hour playback battery life. they will charge up to 30% in about 5 minutes, and fully charged in about 20. i have not purchased new earbuds yet, because these ones are still performing great. once these earbuds stop performing i will purchase the newest samsung product.
