Totally scuffed up within 3 days of purchase after normal use. Competitors product under same use had no marks after 3 years. Overpriced and bad quality.

Screen Protector requires corporate store install, do not purchase and try to install yourself!

Not only would Verizon not let me return the wrong case they shipped to me but the screen protector that they shipped required a corporate office to install in order to properly align and install. Not intended for self installation. I took it to the local small Verizon store which apparently is not a corporate store. They did not have the required mechanism to properly install and attempted to install by hand which they installed very poorly with dust and air bubbles. However they would not return or correct their poor installation of the Verizon provided screen protector because I purchased online and they are not a corporate store! Unbelievably poor customer service and I am very very unhappy with both the screen protector and case. Do not order online if you do not have a corporate store close by, the nearest corporate store to me is 2 hours away! So unpleased, they'll convince you to purchase these online but will not accept a return and instead state you have to return to a corporate store.
