I was trying to get a regular USB port and ended up with the usb-c but didn't realize it until I was home which was 10 miles away. I was going to try to exchange it for the cable I needed at the Verizon near my job but was told I would have to take it back to the Verizon store I bought it at and instead of helping me tried to sell me a charger that fits the USB-c port for an additional 30 dollars. I was extremely frustrated and I was not interested in buying a new item for 30 dollars just to use for one device from home that I don't have anything else that can use because everything else I have uses the USB port and I truly needed it for my car. So overall I was extremely dissatisfied about my service with Verizon. The customer service I received was not optimal and I work in retail with customers every day and I know the value of great customer service and unfortunately, I cannot say that I was impressed.
