Very disappointed in phone, I purchased the extra hotspot 100gb and it turns out that I spend more time getting this device to work with hotspot than I do using hotspot. I thought Verizon was the best but your just like the other mediocre companies. When I request help your customer service reps get nasty and narcissistic. I am very disappointed 8n you people but stuck with an expensive phone and expensive plan that I cannot enjoy. Shame on you bad karma.

An expensive disappointment

I bought this phone at full price at a Verizon shop after my insurance-covered phone died just a few months after I received it. I thought a phone with 5G would be so much more efficient. Within a week of purchase, I noticed that it quickly overheated, and that the battery was exhausted within about 4-5 hours. It also charged slowly. It randomly reboots itself numerous times throughout the day. It has the most difficult time connecting to WiFI and often freezes or reboots when I try. Apps are slow to respond. I really don't have that many apps installed and am puzzled at the poor performance of this phone. I plan to return it this week.
