Worst Phone
This phone is the worst phone I have ever had. It's so slow and there are constant problems! Right now there is a software problem. All my calls go to voicemail and no one can figure out why. I do not recommend this phone. It was cheap and now I see why.

I started a new job and had to provide my own phone. This phone was $185 instead of the recommended $1100 (yes $1100) phone. Very fragile screen
I had an alarm set on this phone and when it went off the vibration caused it to fall on the floor and cracked the screen before this I've been using the galaxy j3 and it's been dropped several times and never cracked don't waste your money on this one it's cheaply made

Useless
2 months after purchase, this phone goes into uncontrollable spasms constantly, took it back but can't be fixed and there is no warranty on prepaid phones.

Dumb Purchase
I had a Samsung Galaxy J1 and wanted something with more memory, more power and a great camera so I wouldn't have to always carry my Nikon 500.
Yes, it has more memory and power, but the camera is worse than my little Samsung Galaxy J1.

This phone does not have a 13MP selfie camera as it is advertised here on the website, rather it is 5MP. It also had an issue with the lock screen, where it would take 20 swipes just to be able to use the phone.
