total JUNK from day 1. 5G,,lol. has only came on 1 time in 3 months. trying to do anything on the phone is SLOW.. internet is at full stop most of the time unless i am on wifi. 4 bars and can't load a you tube video??? most app are slow to respond.most time it takes 2 or 3 tries just to get an app open. phone is in constant update mode.. it up dates every few days. WHY? nothing ever gets fixed. do yourself a favor get a different phone,,just walk away from this one.

I have had 2 pre ious Galaxy Note phones and like them very much. The battery life on this one is not what I expected. My previous 2 year old Note 10 had better battery life than this 4 month old Note 20 Ultra. Today, 4 hours after fully charging it is down to 64%. Normally I do not have to add additional charge to a phone until it is about one and a half years old.

Started with the Note 8 and loved it, this Note 20 ultra is just a beast of a product and can do it all! I'm so sad to hear that the notes will be gone soon, I hope the Galaxy 22 Ultra can live up to the legacy of the Note series!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I had a note 8 and loved it. Now I have the ultra 20 and I love it also. I do pottery and I use the stylus to make notes on the pictures of the pottery as I glaze them. The phone takes beautiful pictures. I'm learning to use the advanced photo settings. I haven't seen a huge advantage to the 5G. The 5G just isn't available in most areas. My husband and I have discovered that the hotspots on the Samsung phones work better than the hotspot on his last 2 iphones. We keep 2 different phones, an iPhone and a Samsung because we find that the 2 different platforms have different options and positive characteristics. We do a lot of off-grid remote camping. Both the Note 8 4g and the Note 20 ultra perform better than the iPhone under those conditions. I love my Note. I'll take a Note over the iPhone any day.

Actually using the phone is great, big bright screen, 120hz but after just a .25 meter drop the screen broke, incredibly disappointed in their new "Victus" glass Also if you've been a note fan as long as me you'll notice very quickly how cheap the pen one this phone was made too.

I have been trying to get this phone for a while now. Did they stop making it? I love my note 10+ but wanted to upgrade to the 20 but I literally can't find it anywhere. Not even the samsung site itself.

Too many problems for the price

There are some great aspects of this phone, but the fingerprint sensor has never been great, and the camera has all of a sudden gone from excellent to unusable. No doubt the screen is impressive and the processor is good. Usually love the S-pen. But after coming from Google and Apple phones, the fingerprint sensor is really sub-par. I like the idea of having it on the screen, but it rarely recognizes with the first try and often requires three or four to open the phone. But the camera situation is bizarre - literally one year and two weeks after getting the phone (two weeks after warranty expires), the camera has gone overnight from excellent to unusable. It will not focus at all at most zoom settings, and rarely will bring the subject into focus in any light. Seems to be a common problem across several Samsung/Android forums and most seem to track it to a software update, but Samsung seems to be offering no resolution. Now I'm very disappointed that I spent this kind of money on a phone that I can no longer pull out to take pictures of....well....anything.

How do I get the 5G on my new Samsung Note 20 Ultra. When I bought the phone they told me it had 5G. It has only shown 4G for the past 30 days.
