Couldn't be more disappointed with the service received at this location. I've been a customer with Verizon for 25+ years and never experienced such a dishonest and rude experience where I truly felt taken advantage of. I went in to upgrade my iphone and with that there was a promotion for a "free watch". The manager of the store told me that I had to leave for about an hour and then come back and report my old watch stolen. I told my daughter this and she said to go home that sounded sketchy as she just did the same upgrade and promo as was not told to do that. Plus why should I even be turning in or reporting my old watch stolen when I am getting a new FREE watch without trade in. Afterwards I called back the store a few days later as I realized on my account it showed me PAYING for this watch. The same manager Mike that helped me was extremely rude and said I'd have to call support for them to basically fix what he messed up. When I called support they confirmed there was NEVER any promo applied. I truly could not feel more disappointed and taken advantage of. Now on top of it, there are extra charges on my bill for cellular on the watch that I never had on the previous and was told wouldn't be incurring any additional costs with this promotion. I will be reconsidering even staying a Verizon customer moving forward. I have spent 4+ hours on the phone this week alone with Verizon.

Horrible customer service. Not enough people working to compensate the volume of customers. Employees do not understand sense of urgency and using time wisely to help expedite all customers waiting. Literally one employee with an individual purchasing a phone and stood and was waiting for phone to charge/ update, could have assisted 2”at least 2 or 3 customers waiting in line. Just needed screen protector replaced, that can be done while phones are updating. Waited for at least 30 min before walking out along with others that came in. Horrible

Nahtalasia....She lies to customers so she can get a sale. That is a unsatisfactory way of doing things. You got to be honest with your customers because that's who make you. Don't go to the Verizon in the Wiregrass Mall! Be honest with people!
