El acceso o la utilización del servicio de internet móvil Mobile Web*, incluyendo el navegador, email, foros de chat, paneles de mensajes y otros servicios comunitarios es equivalente a tu aceptación de estos Términos y Condiciones. Mobile Web requiere un teléfono capacitado para datos con software específico y navegador de Internet. El navegador de internet no proporciona acceso completo a Internet. Consentimiento de monitoreo y divulgación. You agree that we may monitor emails, communications, postings, data or information periodically, in order to comply with any applicable laws, regulations or other governmental orders, and/or to operate the services properly, or to protect ourselves and you. We reserve the right to delete, reject or eliminate, in whole or in part, any information available or transmitted through Mobile Web that we, in our sole discretion, believe is unacceptable or in violation of these terms and conditions. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for deactivation or deletion of accounts or for loss of emails, communications, postings, data or information which may occur as a result of or arising out of the administration of the Mobile Web service.

GET IT NOW® License Agreement

Lee detenidamente los Términos y Condiciones establecidos en este Acuerdo de licencia de Get It Now ("ACUERDO DE LICENCIA") antes de descargar, instalar o usar cualquier tono de llamada, juego, herramienta de productividad u otra aplicación de Get It Now ("APLICACIONES") a tu dispositivo de comunicaciones móviles. To the extent that you download, install and/or use any of the APPLICATIONS, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Acuerdo. Este ACUERDO DE LICENCIA se celebra entre tú y cada uno de los creadores de las APLICACIONES ("CREADORES"), en forma individual, para cada APLICACIÓN. Although Verizon Wireless has been licensed by the DEVELOPERS to sublicense each APPLICATION to you, Verizon Wireless is not a party to this LICENSE AGREEMENT.

Restricciones. No se te otorgará ninguna licencia mediante este ACUERDO DE LICENCIA sobre el código legible para el ser humano, conocido como el código fuente, de las APLICACIONES. In addition, no license is granted to you by this LICENSE AGREEMENT to decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or modify the APPLICATIONS. Further, no license is granted to you by this LICENSE AGREEMENT to: (i) remove, efface or obscure any copyright or other proprietary notices from the APPLICATIONS; or (ii) exploit, copy, reproduce, sublicense, transfer or assign the APPLICATIONS.

Propiedad. Aceptas que los CREADORES conserven todos los derechos, títulos e intereses relacionados con las APLICACIONES y todas las copias de las APLICACIONES. This includes all copyrights in the APPLICATIONS.

Plazo y cancelación. This LICENSE AGREEMENT will become effective with respect to each APPLICATION on the date you first download, install and/or use such APPLICATION, and it will remain in effect until terminated. This LICENSE AGREEMENT will also terminate immediately with respect to all APPLICATIONS, without notice, if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this LICENSE AGREEMENT. NEITHER VERIZON WIRELESS NOR ITS AFFILIATES WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, PROCESSES, AND/OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL BE UN-INTERRUPTIBLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, USEFUL, FUNCTIONAL OR ERROR FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE OR OTHER MATERIAL ACCESSIBLE THROUGH THE SERVICE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR CONTENT ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY ARISING FROM CONTENT ON SUCH THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES. We cannot guarantee your confidential or secure use of the Service. We shall not be responsible for any harm that you or any person may suffer as a result of a breach of confidentiality or security in respect to your use of the Service.
