Completely dead before a year

I've finally have time to write a review. This watch is horrible! It completely died before I even had it for a year. Would not charge nor even turn on. I'm so disappointed in it. Waste of funds!

Great Watch!

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

This is year 4 for this watch and it's still working great. I have glitches from time to time, as with most electronics, but battery still lasts all day. I'm considering upgrading to the Galaxy 8, but I'm nervous about doing it.

1. La detección de recorrido reconoce caídas cuando hay movimiento dinámico, no cuando estás quieto. Requiere conexión de red para notificar contacto de emergencia. La precisión del GPS puede verse afectada por obstrucciones de señal satelital, como edificios.
2. Se requiere un smartphone Samsung Galaxy con Android 7 o posterior y la aplicación Samsung Health Monitor (disponible solo en la tienda de aplicaciones de Samsung Galaxy).
3. La aplicación ECG Monitor no pretende sustituir a los métodos tradicionales de diagnóstico o tratamiento y solo tiene fines informativos. 7. La conectividad 4G LTE individual solo está disponible en la versión Samsung Galaxy Watch4 LTE / Galaxy Watch4 Classic LTE. Overheats

I've even wiped most of the apps off the watch, closing all running apps, restarting it, etc. Regardless, if my phone is unavailable and I try to listen to Audible via Bluetooth on my watch, I have to take it off and hold it in open air for any hope of listening, otherwise it just overheats over and over. My brother got the same watch and his overheated anytime he tried working out while tracking with the Strava app.

Insurance replaced twice would not work correctly away from phone. Over heated very easily. I did everything I was suppose to as instructed. Did not matter. Upgrading my 3rd one asap

Terrible GPS and battery life

I bought this watch as a replacement for my aging Galaxy Watch 3. It has been glitchy since day one. The GPS tracking is terrible. I have used Samsung products and Samsung health to track my running for years. I have been running the same routes for years. The distance and pace on the Galaxy watch 4 had been inconsistent at best. It often tracks me as running through a yard or the water. I have tried all the tricks to make the GPS more accurate, but nothing has helped. I never had this issue with my Galaxy 2. I don't want to give up my Samsung Health, as I have used it for several years, but am now looking at other brands because of how consistently bad this watch has been.

Have had it for over a year and loved it but it's acting up now

I've had this watch for over a year now and have loved it, but now it's starting to die real quick. I charge it everyday and the passed couple of days it's not even lasting the whole day. I hope it's just a fluke and will start working properly as I have 17 more payments to make.

STAND ALONE?

If you only watch it, you can't use it as a standalone watch. It has to be by your phone at all times meaning that if your phone dies you can't use your watch if you flick your phone at home. You still can't use your watch so for my opinion.It's not a good watch. And the fact that nobody even told me about it really upset me more.

Second galaxy watch that stopped working

As the title says this is the second galaxy watch that just died. I tried all the suggestions online. The watch won't charge and I can't reset it. I am reluctant to buy another galaxy watch at this point.
