very disappointing
This phone is not doing its job. Calls fade out and sometimes go to computerized muffle. Screen mirroring crashes it so it automatically reboots. This phone is a disaster.

Decent phone but it keeps freezing
I've had to do a factory reset on my 5 month old phone twice in the last 2 months. It doesn't recognize any bio security or my CORRECT pin. Now, I have to store all my passwords in a document because, to access or edit any stored passwords, I have to have phone security, and I'm just not wanting t(read more)

Worst Phone
The Galaxy A21 is a terrible choice for an inexpensive phone. I bought it and later discover through many and many channels.....this phone's bluetooth isn't compatible with my car. Awful customer service at Verizon and Samsung !!!

Disappointed totally
At first my phone was working well. After about three months I started having problems. The screen started to freeze. The call ID is delayed for incoming calls. The camera quality is not very good. I'm disappointed. I expected more from a Galaxy phone.

Do Not Recommend
I bought this phone for my daughter a few months ago and it is now completely useless. It drops all text/call service at random times and not due to location. The sim card works fine, so it is the actual device that stopped working. It will work for a few days, then suddenly not be able to send o(read more)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 years ago and I've never been happier about a phone. I am usually hard on phones but I've had this phone for 2 years and it's been awesome. I can do my work from this phone no problem.

You'll want to check on Toyota's website to see if your Bluetooth system in your vehicle is compatible with this specific phone. You do receive 14-days to try out the device to see if it will work for you wherever you use the services most.
