These 👂 buds sound really good and the noise canceling is top notch. The only feature that is missing is wireless charging.

When working out in the gym, these will not stay in your ear. Sounds is good but, defeats the purpose of having these if they won’t stay in you ear. The part that goes in your ear is way to big.

Didn’t stay in my ears. Tried all sizes of pads nothing worked. Sound was also quieter than expected. Turned it up while in the city and my iPhone warned me of excess volume setting.

To fix the fit issue, we kindly ask you to try the following tips:

- Upgrade the APP and firmware to the latest version and then do the fit test until you get both earbuds passed.
Hint: Click on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EQ9JR8ufB4c to watch the short video, which shows how to get a proper fit for your earbuds.
- Try the other ear tips which came with your package to have the test.

For the volume issue, here are the tips you can try:

- Adjust the volume with the connected devices after setting the volume control via the soundcore App (Click Controller to enter the Custom Command page).
- Try to reset the earbuds:
1. Place the earbuds into the charging case and keep the case open.
2. Press and hold the button on the charging case for 10 seconds until 3 LED indicators on the charging case flash white 3 times and then flash white in sequence continuously. This confirms that the reset is successful.
- Use a Q-tip with a bit of rubbing alcohol to gently clean the metal mesh filter under the rubber ear tips. This is best done when sound is playing through your earbuds at max volume.
- Try it with another device (phone/tablet/etc.) and see if the issue persists.

These have great sound quality and good battery life. However, I do find they come a little loose after about 15 minutes. Maybe it’s because I have waxy ears lol, but I wish they stayed in place a bit better.

Are the Anker Soundcore Life Note 3XR wireless earbuds compatible with Galaxy s22?
