Was offered a free switch after a month of the home WiFi and it’s been 3 MONTHS and no status of shipment or anything and I even paid a little bit to have it expedited, don’t waste your time get one elsewhere.

I did not receive this item. Verizon SCAMMED ME! I told them I did not receive it. In the delivery photo, the item was not left at MY DOOR! They do not care to help me!
