Verizon been slacking heavy in a lot of ways, this one especially. How is it that every company refunds you if you order something & they don’t send it over a certain period But Verizon doesn’t.. 550$+ over 2 months, 1 week later still waiting for refund

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

These headphones are actually pretty good. They’re not like the best ever especially when you look at the price, which is exactly why I only gave it four out of five stars, but it does get the job done. If you have bigger ears like I do there’s no way to adjust.

It over heats very fast sometimes its only turned on for 1 1/2 and have to turn it off right away scared the cables connect are too hot to even touch.

Why not include the dongle that connects to the PlayStation in the box I refuse to pay 25 more dollars for it

Can’t even connect this to my PlayStation because it doesn’t have the dongle in the box. Do not recommend this to anybody. This is Sony trash.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Searched high and low for this camera since it is the only one you can use to stream on the PS5. Verizon was the ONLY one to still sell it brand new for MSRP. They even refunded me the difference since the price dropped from $60 to $45. I couldn’t be happier especially now that I noticed you can no longer have it delivered. Thanks again! Also, I’m a Verizon wireless customer…overall happy. 5*

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

Needed a camera for game streaming and this camera will do the job. Not 4k or perfect but it is good enough with good lighting. It is a great camera although I do wish there was a 4k camera that cooperated with the ps5 directly.
