The phone is excellent - the process of buying it was AWFUL It took 2-1/2 hours - I can't understand why. I stayed and completed the transfer from my old phone to the new and left the phone there I just received a notice that my $75 trade-in allowance was revoked because I failed to return the phone. The one I left there.

At first sight this case is nice looking and very clear. The ridges "no-slip grips" on the back seem to be more for appearance than function. I gently pushed my phone and it slid across the table further than the phone would alone. The Big Issue is the Hole in the Back "Click Lock Interlock" It has sharp edges and when you grab you phone you cannot help but rub your finger over it and possibly cut yourself. There needs to be a cover or redesign for when not using one of the accessories meant to cover the hole. I returned the case and not sure if I will buy another from this brand again. Definitely will not get another ClickLock Case that is for sure
