One Talk Mobile App - Download and Install

Nota:

  • La activación requiere una dirección válida en los EE. UU. para la funcionalidad E911.
  • Wi-Fi calls always originate in the U.S., even when you're outside of the US.
    • Las llamadas a números de Estados Unidos no se facturan (excepto llamadas al 411 u otras llamadas premium).
    • Las llamadas a números internacionales se facturan según tu plan de larga distancia internacional.

    Steps to download & install the One Talk mobile app

    1. Download the Verizon One Talk app from the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™ Store. La aplicación One Talk es compatible con los siguientes sistemas operativos:
      • iOS 13.0 y posterior
      • Android™ 8.0 and above
    2. Abre la aplicación One Talk.
      • Splash screen displays for a short time.
    3. If presented, press Get Started to accept app permissions.
    4. Enter the One Talk number and the preferred name, then tap Request PIN to be sent by email.
    5. Enter the PIN sent via email, then tap Activate PIN.
      Note: If you receive a provisioning error (-23) when requesting the PIN, this generally indicates a data connectivity issue. Desactiva el Wi-Fi e inténtalo de nuevo. Si el problema persiste, contacta a Asistencia técnica.
    6. From the "Setup your Device & Profile" screen, enter the appropriate info and tap Next:
      • Nombre
      • Compañía (opcional)
      • Posición (opcional)

    7. Select one of the two calling modes:
      • App Calling - All calls are made and received through the app. Call quality is susceptible to data connectivity and congestion.
      • Call Through - All calls are made and received through the native device phone number; however, callers are using and seeing your One Talk number. Esto proporciona un mayor nivel de calidad de audio.

    8. Set up basic visual voicemail service.
      • Selecciona Menu.
      • Select the Voicemail icon which places a call to the voicemail system.
      • Follow the prompts to finish setting up your voicemail.
      • Once complete, a voicemail icon is displayed.
    9. Select Help & Feedback for helpful tutorials and to provide feedback to the app developers.

    Note: If you receive a provisioning error -23 when requesting the PIN, this generally indicates a connectivity issue with the phone. Make sure to turn off Wi-Fi and try again. Si el problema persiste, contacta a Asistencia técnica.
