Drops calls all the time. It’s to the point where I tell the person I’m speaking to that the phone drops calls and to call me back. It also eats voice mail, text messages. It shuts off randomly-three times yesterday in one call. Doesn’t always alert to incoming calls or text messages. Tries to re-boot at random too. All I want is a simple phone-make calls, get calls, some texting. None of which this phone does competently. It is utterly unreliable. To make sure I could call 911 (health issues) had the land line re-activated here.

I've had issues with this phone since I purchased it. The phone is flimsy and the top part of the phone closes too easily. The battery life is terrible.

I bought this phone to replace my TLC 2 flip phone when my old phone overheated. I bought it under duress as my mother is on hospice and I could not be without a phone. I had to pay a $50 upgrade fee and this phone has less features than my last one did. If I return it I will have to pay a $50 restock fee. I have been a Verizon customer since the 90's and this is the worse experience I have had!

Worst Phone I've Ever Had

Got this at the local Verizon store. The only flip phone they had. It powers itself off every day of it's own accord just out of the blue for no reason. Also, It keeps changing the ring setting on it's own quite often from vibrate only to some other setting. Will replace when I can afford it and I'll go to a different store that has a better selection. Frustrating.

text messaging issues: In Group Chat phone will not allow reply to the Group. It sends message individually and each name appears singly on the screen. People can't see my reply simultaneously. *Predictive is NOT default mode. Must hit button times! *No button to switch between English & Spanish. *No button to insert a Capital Letter where you want it. Abc mode is dysfunctional. Will not work in the middle of texting. It is ALL small letters. *NO SPEAKER PHONE
