1) The time is noted in two places on the front screen. Often these two times do not match up immediately so I have to guess what is the real time. 2) I was unable to transfer my phone contacts in old phone to the Flip3. The guy at store was not able to either. A second guy at store said you can't transfer from flip to flip, or flip to a smart phone; you must do it manually. This is a crock when I have 100+ contacts in my phone. If it can be done, I'd appreciate being told so and where I can go and a more intelligent salesperson will do the transfers.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. 1. I'm not sure I quite understand about the two times on the front screen. Please check the Settings for the Date/Time and set it to Auto Sync. Let us know if there is still an issue. 2. To transfer the phone contacts from the old phone to the Flip3, one way is to export your list of contacts to a standard *.vcf type file. It is also a good practice to save this file as a backup. If your contact list is in your Google account or your Apple account, you may already have a backup. Nevertheless, first, check your old phone to see if there is an export function for your list of contacts. It will export the contacts to a file: *.vcf. The *.vcf file can either be sent to the Flip3 via Bluetooth, via an SD card, or via the computer connection. Once the Flip3 see the *.vcf file, it would prompt you for importing it and if accepted, your contact list would be populated onto the phone. Thank you for your feedback. There is also a Quick Dial button in the front of the device for you to set a quick dial number, such as an emergency contact number or a frequently dialed number. Once it set up, simply press the Quick Dial button 3 times to make the call. - Kevin.

Group text does not work properly. It goes to each person individually. I would not recommend this phone, and if I return it I get charged with a $50 restocking fee.

The fact that you have to bloody download the manual (it's not included with the purchase) is not the phone's fault, but it IS a crappy way to do business. The quick reference little pamphlet is useless unless you understand what all the little buttons are called. . . the names of which are in the manual which you have to download. Did I mention that already?

This is a great little no-frills phone, or do you want to do make phone calls this is the flip phone for you. I didn’t recommend it for texting unless you well-versed in punching the key pad… Really durable, it was a long lasting battery and big buttons

From your contacts, use the navigation pad to select a contact, then the right soft key for Options. From there select the option for Speed Dial and select number 2-9 that you would like to use for speed dial for that contact. Once set, press and hold that number to use speed dial. -Lauren
