Your service is TERRIBLE, my phone broke and went to store to buy a new one said couldn't help me and sent me to another store where I ordered the phone. They said my phone will arrive in 2 to 3 days, that was 3 weeks ago. I called the store for updates and they said they did not know anything and basically blew me off. I am looking to go with another phone company. I have been without a phone and its just terrible.
