This phone was purchased for a 90 year old relative. It is perfect for them! They only need a phone for making and receiving calls… the text feature is not used. It is easy to use and is just what we needed.

Hello, sorry to hear about that. If the person on the other end is having trouble hearing you, it’s possible the microphone is obstructed. The microphone picks up your voice through a small pinhole located at the bottom of the phone, near the USB charging port. Please check for any debris, such as dust or lint, that might be blocking it, and gently clear it if needed. Let us know if the issue continues. - Kevin.

If someone named Bill is receiving calls on your Flip phone, it’s possible that the phone number previously belonged to him and his contacts or services are still linked to it. This can happen when numbers are recycled by carriers. To help reduce the unwanted calls, you can try the letting the caller know they’ve reached the wrong person so they can update their records, block repeat callers on your Flip phone, or see if your service provider can assign you a new number if the calls continue to be frequent or disruptive. - Kevin

I like the size of it over my old one. I am still trying to get used to figuring what buttons to push, etc. But I do like it!! I am 88 years old so it takes me a little longer!!

I was told by Verizon that this phone could be set up so it would only except calls that were in the contacts I even had them set it up and it wasn’t so I called my Verizon and that’s frustrating you have to deal with AI then somehow I was able to talk to a person and he seemed very knowledgeable but what sad didn’t work either very disappointing

Hello. For this version of the Flip 3, model T435V, you can only use it for voice call and texting only. It doesn't have an email app. You would need to the other Flip 3 version with model number T435S. - Kevin.

How to turn on vibrate

You can turn on vibrate by going to Settings > Personalization > Sound > Tones > Vibrate > Select ON or OFF. This will allow the phone to ring and vibrate. If you only want the device to vibrate and not ring, toggle the volume to the lowest setting and you will see "vibrate only" prior to "silent". Hope this helps. - Kevin.
