The phone does not have an LED to indicate that it is charging. However, when there is enough charge on the battery, the screen will prompt the status of the battery charge. Therefore, when the battery is completely at zero charge, it will take 5 to 10 minutes for the battery to charge before the screen indicates the battery charging status. If the battery is discharged fully, it can take 5 to 10 minutes to charge up before displaying the battery charging icon. When charging the phone while it is on, the status bar at the top of the screen will show a symbol of the battery connecting to a charger and charging. It is recommended that the phone is charged at the end of the day to prevent the battery from fully discharged and that your phone is ready and available for use.
