Worst Purchase and Still Paying

I purchased my Fossil Gen 5 from Verizon January 2022. Withing the first two weeks the main button fell out of the side, and I had only worn it twice. I had a cover and babies the watch because it was my first smart watch. The know fell off without any wrong doing on my part. I called and was told to make a claim on my insurance for replacement watch. Those charges actually cost close to the same price as the watch. Three weeks after I got the new watch, the face cracked. Again, I dont wear this watch often or in times I could cause it harm. I am gentle with all of my electronics. When it's time for any upgrades, I've always been told, my items look brand new. I take very good care of my possessions and did nothing to cause the face to crack. I don't wear it anymore, as I am afraid it will break, even more. I have an expensive watch I've paid for with insurance once and am still making my monthly payments since it is only May 2022 Ridiculous!!! ALL other Fossil watches have been great. Their smart watch is the worst. They have no true watch protectors for shock. If you slightly move your wrist it will break. It is not durable and with great care and attention as I provided to mine, it still broke twice. Save your money. When the knob fell off, I wanted to upgrade to a Samsung smart watch, and was unable per Verizon. Money was not an object, I was willing to pay extra. I just wanted something of better quality. I left messages and called for assistance. My calls were never returned from Verizon. I once had to have Verizon because I lived in an area with only Verizon service. I have moved and this combo of Fossil and Verizon has forced me to start looking for a new plan.

I bought this watch for my wife for her birthday. We are paying for the watch and a phone line wich is worthless. Verizon has made a gallant effort to get it working even giving us a new watch but it does not work. We cannot make it revive phone calls with it. It only works via Bluetooth. This has been a tremendous waste of our money and time. We have visited the Verizon store 3 times and spent many hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get it to work. I want her to have the smart watch, but if it's not going to work I need to get my money back.
