This watch has been a headache. The charge time is inconsistent and sometimes will not even last a full day from the time I got it. I was never able to get into my voice mail even though I set it up. Now it just flashes if I charge it because the button on the side is stuck. I still had 26 dollars to pay off on the watch and haven't been able to use it for the past 2 months.

I purchased this watch to keep up with my routines and vitals and the charger stopped working. I'm trying to find a replacement but it's not easy. I'm still paying on this watch.

I can't believe this a 200 dollar watch the app sucks. Watch will not stay connected to my phone and I have a good phone. Massively inaccurate. I do not recommend this watch I'm returning mine. Not comfortable to wear either.

What is the band size?

The strap width refers to the size that fits your watch and NOT the length of the strap. For many smartwatches, the easiest way to check is by flipping your watch. Most smartwatches should say 18, 20 or 22 on the back of your strap.
