Orbic devices are terrible. Don’t waste your money. It’s still 4G. I pay $65.00 a month for the Orbic that I purchased in the store. They can find were I purchased it. So they are charging me twice. Then another fee to have 4G. You need to turn the device off when you’re not using it. If not, even if the television is off. It will still use your data. When you have used your 4G. Forget using it again until you monthly renewal date. You can’t watch anything. The worst device I’ve ever had.

Was a bit dificult getting the password. Once I got it everything was good. Screen is small and hard to read.

This thing is terrible. Period. Will not charge up. Has to be reset constantly and data is gone in minutes without a device connected to it. Ridiculous. Returning.

When I needed a Wifi I went to the Verizon Corporate store on WardsRoad in Va. The guy who helped us did not understand what we needed.He gave us a Wifi not enough for our 2 TVs and 2 Cell phones.it did not work.So when we returned it,we had to pay $50.-restocked fee and had to pay taxes on that.this was very bad customer service.!!!! It was not our fault that the sales person gave us the wrong WiFi. So now I have to report this to the better business bureau.
