Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year.
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.

I made the switch from iPhone 8 on another carrier to Verizon iPhone 16 partly because the Verizon holiday deal was great and partly because of the iPhone 16’s fun colors. Not gonna lie, it was a whole ordeal to setup this phone but at least is was worth the effort and Verizon support was great. I’m saving money on my new plan, the coverage is SO much better now, and the iPhone 16 is so much faster. I’m happy I made the switch and upgraded.

I do not have an iPhone. I purchased one, had problems with the functioning of the phone and the data that was transferred improperly after paying $30 for the transfer process, and returned it 36 hours later. I had an unpleasant experience with Jake/Jacob who claimed to be the store manager so I am quite unhappy with Verizon.

Trouble iPhone 16 turning on

My iPhone 16 sometimes won’t turn on in the morning. It takes awhile & reset to get it to come on. Also, when I agreed to the purchase of the 2 iPhone 16’s , the rep said my bill would stay exactly the same, possibly $1.00 more but no more than that. Otherwise, I would’ve kept our iPhone 13’s . I got a bill that was much higher & when I called , the rep I spoke with said the rep I did purchase with signed me up for another plan that raised bill. That’s FRAUD ! She helped me get my bill back to where it was originally. Never had issues with Verizon until this last time.

Worst online buying experience I’ve ever had. Ordered online on Monday with a Tuesday delivery scheduled. No one showed on Tuesday , phone was never picked up by Carrier (Asurion) at the store and never informed of any new delivery time. So after 4 days on phone with Verizon customer service of at least 2 hrs a day counting texting back and forth finally had to go to store to cancel order and order a new phone. The promotion had ended but the store manager was able to help me get the phone for what the ordered one cost. Overall then online buying was good but delivery was a nightmare that reminded me of Groundhog Day for 4 days.

Usb C charger on both ends is awful. You can’t use old headphones and there’s no dongle for lightening to usb c. Also sick of not getting a cube for the wall. Just know you have to pay activation fees and get the cube or a couple different chargers to charge at home or in your car. I had to upgrade but didn’t want to spend as much as I did. Also the phone is too big for me as I used to have the 13 mini. I wish there were smaller options as I now need to buy a grip for the back
