Multiple times a day since I bought this piece of junk. My phone will show it is connected to the network. It will have full 5g bars. When I’m watching YouTube or on any app. Boom data connectivity randomly stops working for the phone. No applications work that require data. And regardless of letting however much time pass by. Nothing fixes this problem other than restarting the phone. Which is extremely frustrating when doing applications that rely on your real time input and auto saving features!

Apple Intelligence is available in beta on all iPhone 16 models, iPhone 15 Pro, and iPhone 15 Pro Max, with Siri and device language set to U.S. English, as an iOS 18 update. English (Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, UK) language support available this December. Some features and support for additional languages, like Chinese, English (India, Singapore), French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, Vietnamese, and others, will be coming over the course of the next year. 
Battery life varies by use and configuration. See apple.com/batteries for more information.

The displays have rounded corners. When measured as a rectangle, the screen is 6.12 inches (iPhone 16), 6.69 inches (iPhone 16 Plus), 6.27 inches (iPhone 16 Pro) or 6.86 inches (iPhone Pro Max) diagonally. Actual viewable area is less.
Some features may not be available for all countries or all areas.

The phone is great but the shopping experience at the Verizon store was a nightmare. Rude, distracted employees and much-too-complicated retail process. I’d never shop there again.

Defect iPhone 16 plus teal

First of all I received a defect iPhone when I ordered online I couldn’t transfer my old phone to new and I wasn’t able to login into the New iPhone with face recognition or my 6 digit password. I had go to Apple Store to figure out what was wrong with the phone. Apple member had to order the part that cost the phone not to work properly and still apple couldn’t fix it so I had to return the phone and get my money back. So, don’t order new phone online

I normally get the Pro Max phones, but wanted a change. I thought I would get the IPhone 16 plus, the color and style was pretty. Bought on October 11,2024 and it’s November 10,2025 and the phone still won’t activate. Spent hours on the phone with Verizon and nobody can fix it. Taking it back tomorrow

I signed up for an international calling plan forgot to bring my Apple Watch from North Carolina to Aruba. I have not even touched my iPad yet but yet on my phone, I cannot access any movies or any of my apps.

If I bought an iPhone 15 from you would I be able to have your service on that iPhone? We have a deer camp and with Version I would have service there where I don’t with A T & T. There might be some times that I might need to use my phone there !
