We have articles available titled "Samsung phone has poor signal and cannot use data or make calls" and "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet". You can also work directly with the Samsung Support Team on any matters that are causing frustration for you. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. -Elizabeth- Supports full HD video up to 60 fps.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. All Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Use this guide, "Keep your Galaxy device at its normal operating temperature" to help keep your devices at their normal operating temperature. At peak times or in busy areas, towers may become overloaded, slowing down mobile data access. Make sure you verify your account is in good standing and service is active with your carrier. Some carriers may slow data access once you have reached a certain limit, or data may be slower in certain areas. Contact the carrier to learn more. Or you can check out, "Samsung phone has slow mobile data speed" to troubleshoot what you have described to help resolve what you may be experiencing.
