I went back to college, and I'm using this system for it's portability. It runs the apps i need, the media player works fine, processing is fast, it allows me to do school from anywhere since it comes with 5g, it runs Microsoft 365, chrome, edge, Firefox etc work good. If you need something more powerful, than you need to do that on desktop but this laptop allows you to set up what you need.

Just not worth the money

No standard USB ports, no way to plug in anything without an adapter for USB-C. I've had this laptop for about 6 months and take it with me on the road and I'm just not impressed for the money. I consistently lose service while my phone stays connected. Verizon has no clue and Lenovo just automatically assumes you're doing something wrong. For less than half of the $1500 you'll pay for this computer you can buy better.

If you want to pay high dollar for a horrible laptop this would be the one. I have had my laptop for for months and laptop has completely when out, and will not work. The battery is horrible, and Windows 11 is always updating. Verzion will not help you, in store Reps are horrible and online Tech has no clue as what to do. 1,449.00 for a piece of Junk Laptop. This is what you are going to pay for. Lenovo is a piece of Junk

Defective product.

Computer shut down and would not turn back on. I had the Laptop for about a week and it gave me issues. The laptop felt great for the time I had and looked forward to keeping it but after the issue I had to return it.

Don't waste your money!

This laptop is just overpriced bad investment! Slow performance, overheating to the point that you can't even touch it or keep it in your lap... If you need a laptop, I recommend you to look somewhere else, for $1500 you can buy much better device.

Great leading-edge Tech

I would like to put a good review, cautionary leaning. First, CAUTION: This laptop is leading edge for what exactly it is; a Windows 11 Pro capable self mobile computer. It isn't a gaming computer or a workstation. It fits into a niche which is full of Chromebooks but is vastly more powerful than all but the most expensive Chromebooks. Im working mine like a farm mule, using a usb dock with zero glitches

Way too expensive for it's limitations

The laptop itself has decent specs, but QUALCOMM's refusal to provide adequate support for its graphics card makes it completely useless for anyone that isn't looking for something for normal everyday tasks like work or school. I do photo editing and graphic design. I thought I would give this a try, despite warnings against its limitations with Open SL support, figuring I could find a way to make it work for me. After getting it, saying I was disappointed is an understatement. It will not run Adobe Illustrator or a number of other programs I'm using on my 5-year-old Dell Inspiron. There are a number of work arounds that I tried and none of them worked. QUALCOMM needs to get it together. $1400 is WAY too expensive for a machine that won't even operate basic graphic programs that 10-year-old laptops and PCs are capable of running.

Very disappointed

Didn’t get a SIM card so haven’t been able to use it yet. Called the store where I got it from and got hung up on twice. Been paying for the line for almost two weeks and can’t use it. Am seriously thinking about returning it.

Multiple issues

The first issue I was given a Gen1 computer and charged for a Gen 3, when I tried to connect to my WiFi it wouldn’t connect. Returning the computer and after I am done returning the computer I am done with Verizon.

Given its lightweight, thin design with the power to handle multitasking for work and school, it could be a great fit for you, but it will depend on if there's any specialty apps or software you may need. This is due to the version of Windows this system is built on, as it is called an ARM based system, which not all software is compatible with. If you plan on using it for online-based tasks like web browsing or Microsoft 365 apps, you are golden, but if there's a need for a specialty software, like LockDown Browser, it is not compatible with the system.
