Laptop is fast and it has one usb-A port and two usb-C ports. A mouse and hdmi cable can be used through usb-C ports leaving the usb-A port free for flash drives. It's pretty compact but still bigger than a tablet and has a beautiful sleek design.

still a month later won't activate my mobile plan, crashes for no reason, the load time for even simply opening the battery and brightness panel at the bottom right is slow, laggy and overall this is the worst computer ive ever invested into

Bad investment

I got my new device fast with simple shipping. I fully charged it overnight and took it to school with me the next day. I used it all day with no issues. Got home that night and it would not power on! Plugged it in overnight thinking it might be a charging issue. Unit is totally dead now I have to return it. What a huge inconvenience. Not happy with my purchase!

Computer set up went smoothly and activation. Just as I began using it I noticed how sluggish it was. When touching touch pad to scroll it would move then freeze. Lift my fingers then touch again, different windows would pop up. Very annoying. In less than 15 minutes, I knew something wasn’t right. I’ve been using computers for over 30 years and this laptop is the first time I’ve seen a new computer act in this manner. Needless to say I sent it back. Don’t want anything else to do with it.
