Garbage device after two years. battery swelled up and separated seams 6 months before pay off. Kept indoors and in cover from day one. No help from Verizon on final bill, but allowed me to disconnect service. No help from tech service. Tcl said no warranty. Do not buy this item thru Verizon. Avoid their store all together. Shop Amazon.

This is the 2nd TCL TAB Pro 5G that I now have. Great! When my old one died I was Sad cuz I Loved it so I needed to get the same one to replace it. The Camera for my pet photos is important and Tablet is very user friendly for apps that I need. It is the perfect tablet for Me an elder lady who just doesn't want anything to Fancy. Just a good basic tablet that Does work well for me!

Hello. Sorry to hear that. If the device is in used for a long period, you may experience the device getting warmer. The device does have safety switch for overheating and may shut down. If you are experiencing excessive heat, we recommend that you stop using it and let it cool down. If you are charging the device, we recommend that you don't use it while it is charging. I have had this tablet for almost 3 months. The memory and storage are really bad. I don't have hardly any of the apps from my phone on the tablet and almost all of the space is taken. If I open more than 2 apps, it won't work because there's so little memory.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. There is 4GB of RAM and if there are too many apps opened in the background, the performance could reduce. Tap on the "recent apps" button, which looks like a three short lines, and then close the unused apps. As for the storage, use the file manager to see what is taking up the space. At random times, this tablet glitches on videos on Netflix, Youtube, and Disney+. I went to the verizon store, and they recommended to change the sim card. It didn't help, but I'm traveling abroad and I'll be back after 2 months, so I can't return it. This is the worst deal I ever made.

Please try to clear the cache storage on your app to see if this fixes the problem. To clear it, go to Settings > Apps, tap the app that your have problem with, and tap on the storage. Tap the "Clear cache" button to clear the cache. Best regards, Kevin.

TCL Tab pro is stuck in airplane mode and touch screen is not working properly. Any suggestions as to how I may be able to turn off airplane mode and how I can get touch screen to respond to touch again?
