Hey Alex!Thanks for leaving this 4-star review despite the problem you’re seeing. Let’s troubleshoot and rectify this issue! First, verify your device’s Group Messaging setting:
1. Open the Messaging app
2. Select Options
3. Select Settings
4. Ensure Group Messaging is ON
Second, messaging conflicts can occur after switching devices. Recipients or senders using an OLD conversation thread (created or used with a previous phone) may encounter message failures. Be sure to verify that any important texts/images are saved before proceeding. Then request all members of the messaging group to delete the old thread and create a new conversation to ensure proper text routing.

Thank you for your feedback about the ultra-rugged DuraXV Extreme+. We hope you get used to the keys after using them a little. If you want the screen to stay lit for a longer time, you can change the setting at: Settings > Display settings > Display backlight. You can set it to as long as 30 minutes. However, the brighter and the longer the dislay is on, the quicker it will drain the battery, so keep that in mind. There are a number of other factors that impact the battery life. If you are not using Wi-Fi or Bluetooth, make sure to turn those off. If you are not using Data for things like email or browsing, then turn off Mobile Data Access. Also, be aware that the strength of the mobile network in your area has a big impact on battery life. If the phone has to continually search for better coverage, it will run down the battery significantly faster. One way that works on a large variety of phones is to transfer them via Bluetooth. Another popular method is to export the contacts from the old phone into a VCF file, copy that file onto the new phone, and import the contacts from the VCF file into the new phone. Does this phone have talk to text
DuraXV Extreme+ does not have built-in support for talk-to-text. However, some users have reported in online forums that they have been able to sideload the "Voice Access" app by Google and successfully used that for talk-to-text.

HOW DO I FORWARD A MESSAGE FORM SOMEONE TO SOMEONE ELS
DuraXV Extreme+ doesn't support forwarding all of your text messages to another number, but it does allow you to forward a single message to someone else. To do this, find and select the message in the Message app. Then press the Right Soft Key labeled Options and select Forward.
The Kyocera DuraXV Extreme+ does not support forwarding text messages. -John
