This phone was very easy to setup and immediately begin using it. Just wish the battery charge held longer. I rarely use my phone, but loses it's charge faster than expected.

Yes, I'd recommend this product.

I like the phone but there is a problem with the WiFi. Every time I try to turn it on, I'm asked to add an emergency address. Then I'm told the address does not exist. So frustrating!

Do not buy this phone. I activated it a month before I gave it to my child was working fine when I originally activated then a month later wasn't working correctly at all had many issues and ended up getting a replacement with TCL flip which is a much better phone

Calls Fail and No Voice Command

Calls will fail, so have to turn off and then back on. Read description very carefully, does not have voice command.
